In Turkey a deed is called Tapu. Tapu is your proof of that you are the owner of your property. Registration of Tapu is equal with visits to many different official offices, which may be confusing and tiring. J.O. Dreams offers to handle the whole process for you, it just requires that you fill out a power of attorney for us, then we will handle the rest.

An official registration of a deed costs about 4.1 % of the value of your property, registered on the deed. However, we advise our customers to be aware that the official registered property value is often not the same as the sales value. The most obvious reason for this it that the tax controls is not so strict here as it is in Europe. The amount of 4.1 % is most often paid by the buyer. Be aware that besides the above mentioned, there are many small costs in the process of buying/selling holiday property.
