Orhan Sad is one of the co-founder and business partner of J.O. Dreams, with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the Turkish real estate and property industry.
Over the past two decades, Orhan has built extensive practical knowledge within real estate, property administration, construction, home services, accounting processes, legal procedures and business management. His experience comes from being directly involved in alot of property transactions, property projects, customer cases and the daily operation of a large and complex property service business.
A significant part of his expertise is in building systems and creating reliable structures around property ownership. This includes property administration, maintenance and home services, construction and renovation projects, contractor coordination, financial and accounting procedures, customer management, supplier relationships and the many practical processes required to own and maintain a property in Türkiye.
Together with Jeanette Tvede, Orhan has spent more than 20 years developing J.O. Dreams into a business where customers can receive support throughout the entire property journey, from buying and selling to construction, renovation, administration, maintenance and long-term home service.
His strength is understanding how all the different parts of property ownership connect. He combines extensive local knowledge, practical problem-solving and strong business experience with a deep understanding of the Turkish property market.
At J.O. Dreams, Orhan’s role is therefore not simply about buying and selling properties. It is about creating systems, solving problems and making property ownership in Türkiye easier, safer and more manageable for our customers.
With 20 years of accumulated experience, knowledge and relationships in the industry, Orhan brings a level of practical expertise that has been developed through real cases, real projects and thousands of customer interactions over many years.
