Airport Transfer

If you are sitting at your departure airport and are informed that your flight is delayed, then J.O. Dreams wish to be informed on following number; 00905387025394 (Emergency telephone). J.O. Dreams do not check your departure time (possible delay) before we leave Alanya. When you book a transfer with J.O. Dreams you will be picked up by one of our private drivers at the airport. J.O. Dreams' driver will stand with a sign at the airport together with "J.O. Dreams" and “Passenger Name” The driver will take you directly to your holiday home in Alanya. If the driver has trouble finding the exact address, J.O. Dreams will appreciate if you would help the driver showing the way. There are many projects with the same name in Alanya. If it is a guest who stay in your apt. then please give them the adress of the house with them. You can find your adress on your account details by J.O. Dreams. The driver waits at the airport for maximum 75 minutes after expected time of arrival. If there is an error in the order our customer will also wait for maximum 75 minutes after arrival. If the driver has not arrived within that time, you take a taxi and J.O. Dreams deduct the difference (beside J.O. Dreams' price), however a maximum of 80 Euro.

Example: Arrival 01.45 waiting until 03.00 (it often takes half an hour before you get the luggage etc. till you are out of the airport). If you have problems with your luggage it is expected that you go out to the driver or call service personal 00905387025394, then the driver will not drive after 75 min. J.O. Dreams wish you that from the exit of the terminal await the driver 30 meters straight then the driver has a chance to know who and where you are. If you can't see the driver when you get out then call J.O. Dreams service personnel – Emergency telephone (00905387025394). Maybe the driver can't find you at the airport, he could be at the wrong terminal, the car can be punctured on the way or similar.

Depature: On your journey home we recommend that you call the following number 00905387025394 if you have been waiting for more than 5 – 10 minutes over the agreed time. On your journey home you will be picked up 4 hours before departure time if your flight is from Antalya and 2 hours before if your fligt is from Gasipasa. Payment of the transfer you do by J.O. Dreams' account in Turkey or we can subtract the money from the apartment owner’s private account. We will not come and knock on your door If you are not at the place in the right time. When you order a child car seat we need to recieve kilos on your child. We recommend that children under 15 kilos use a baby seat and children over 15 kg use a child chair.  You are welcome to bring your own child chair too.
