When you make your money transfer it is a good idea to write everything on your own (NO COPY from this text)
If there is not enough space for all the name on name of receiver, then please ad much as possible.
It is VERY IMPORATNT that you dont write anything else on receivers name, either ad some extra notes etc.
For all transfers to your Home Service account by J.O. Dreams, you only need to write your customer number (Mxxxx / Wxxxx) in the note area.
You should expect a minimum of 5 working days before the money is in your service account by J.O. Dreams as the banks need some time to transfer the money from your home country to Turkey.
For all kinds of transfers that may face challenges along the way, then please send J.O. Dreams an email with a receipt on your transfer. The daily exchange rate on Turkey’s exchange rate tables is used for all types of payments.
It is important for us to inform you that the period for transferring your money may be longer than expected. Unfortunately, we can not say how long it will take. As a sender, it is important to make sure that all the information is correct. If this is not the case, your money can be locked in a blocked account in the bank until the bank receives a SWIFT message from the sender.
