With almost 20 years of experience in Turkey, Jeanette Tvede has extensive knowledge of the Turkish real-estate market and the legal and administrative processes connected to property ownership.
Through J.O. DREAMS, she supports international clients throughout the entire property journey — from buying and selling property to Tapu procedures, powers of attorney, inheritance matters, notarised documents, banking procedures, legal coordination, property management and renovation projects.
Her professional experience includes working closely with lawyers, notaries, banks, land registry offices, architects, contractors and Turkish authorities, giving her a strong practical understanding of the challenges international property owners may encounter in Turkey.
Jeanette has handled alot of property and legal-related cases over the years and has developed an extensive local network and deep understanding of the needs of foreign property owners.
Alongside her professional experience, she is also pursuing education within architecture and interior design, allowing her to combine her property expertise with knowledge of design, renovation, space planning and property development.
At J.O. DREAMS, Jeanette’s role is to provide clients with knowledge, guidance, security and personal support, making the process of owning, buying, selling, developing and managing property in Turkey as safe, transparent and straightforward as possible.
