If you want to arrive to a clean and clean smelling apartment, we recommend that you use our cleaning service.

We have a cleaning team that provides unique cleanings at good prices. We come when you need us. Our cleaning team has taken courses held by Jeanette that is from Denmark. That means that our cleaning fulfills our Scandinavian customers needs.

We don't wish people to be in the house during the cleaning.

    Detailed cleaning:
    A detailed cleaning is often used once a year when the customers want a good cleaning of their home

    Cleaning of bathrooms - Washing of balconies - Electric and water is opened so the apartment is ready for guests - Washing of drawers and cabinets - Cleaning behind the stucco - Curtain wash (extra payment)
    Construction cleaning:
    A construction cleaning is for cleaning after a remodeling or when a newly build apartment is done.
    - Vacuuming - Washing of floors - Dusting - Cleaning of refrigerator - Window polishing - Cleaning of bathrooms - Washing of balconies - Electric and water is opened so the apartment is ready for guests - Washing of drawers and cabinets
    Cleaning behind the stucco - Curtain wash (extra payment) - Removal of old concrete and paint - Cleansing of plastic windows, old plastic etc.
    If you are not satisfied with the cleaning or a mistake has happened when ordering, J.O. Dreams wish that you call us in 24 hours, so we have the opportunity to send our staff right away to handle the problem. J.O. Dreams can unfortunately not offer money in return to get or give you any discount on your next cleaning, if you are unsatisfied, that is also the reason why we offer you to send our staff again, in 24 hours.     If you stayed in the apartment more than 24 hours, J.O. Dreams cannot offer to resend the staff, and J.O. Dreams do not deduct another cleaning.
    J.O. Dreams do not do the cleaning before receiving the payment, unless the payment is drawn from a privet account with J.O. Dreams.
    If you are not a Home Service customer and wishes to use our cleaning, it is expected that the keys for your apartment is given to our office or handed over at the address of the apartment.
    J.O. Dreams wishes that the cleaning to performed one day before your arrival and that you place the order minimum 48 hours before the cleaning. Cancellation has to me made minimum 24 hours before the cleaning time.
    Important Note: Since our cleaning services are in high demand among our customers, we would like to inform that the desired date of execution of your order, may fluctuate between 1-2 days before, in the case of a arrival cleaning. In the case of a departure cleaning, the days can vary by up to 5 days after the placed order date.
    Of course, this is in order to satisfy all our customers needs.
    If you are in a situation where you have to receive this service on the date you have placed in your own order, we would appreciate if you will put this message under notes in your order.
    We can not promise to do cleaning, but we will of course in these situations, do our very best to meet this need.
