Even though the sun still shines and the days remain warm, the evenings are starting to get cooler.
It’s a beautiful time of year, perfect for spending long hours by the beach or heading out into nature to enjoy the changing landscape.
If you love outdoor adventures, there are many wonderful hiking trails around Alanya.
So, lace up your shoes and contact us if you’d like to join one of the tours.
We can’t deny that summer is coming to an end, and here at J.O. Dreams, we want to make sure our guests are well prepared for the winter season ahead.
The weather can sometimes show its rougher side with rain and strong winds, so we recommend that nothing is left out on your balconies.

Fruit & Vegetables
Chestnuts are a popular winter delicacy with a naturally sweet and nutty flavor.
They can be prepared in many different ways and are often sold warm with a sprinkle of salt by the small harbor stalls.
If you make them at home, you can use either the oven or the grill – just remember to score them properly before roasting, as they might pop!

Staff Dinner
After the busy season, we all enjoy our annual staff dinner — a night we truly cherish.
For one evening, we are all equal, gathered together in wonderful company where laughter fills the room.
It always feels like spending time with family — and that’s exactly what J.O. Dreams strives to create for our team.
Another little teaser:
Our management team has announced that starting in 2026, all projects will transition to the Apsiyon application.
All property owners will be able to follow their own accounts through this app, and those who wish to make payments by debit or credit card will be able to do so directly within the app.
Further and more detailed information will be shared with property owners before the transition takes place.
For those of you who will be here in December, the International Christmas Bazaar will be held at the main square by the harbor on December 13–14.
It’s a wonderful place to stroll among the many stalls offering food, drinks, and handmade goods — truly worth a visit!
